We only offer refund in the following two situations:

1. You have received incorrect product(s)

2. You have received damaged product(s).

In both the cases, you must send us an unboxing video of the parcel within 48 hours of receiving it .

Shipping

Once the payment is done, your order is confirmed immediately. We take 1-6 days to dispatch your order, depending on the availability and production time of the products.
